There has never been any discussion on any Israeli news channels or publications (neither from liberals or conservatives) that Israel has wanted to expand. The land of Israel is sacred to Jews because of the Western Wall and many other Jewish holy sites. None of the Arab countries you mentioned have any holy sites that are sacred to Jews.
