There’s a difference between research and assumptions. Doctors don’t just go around making generalizations to base their diagnosis on. They conduct tests and take samples. Can you imagine how dangerous that would be if doctors didn’t go through proper measures to diagnose individuals?
When it comes to human behavior there is a court system that determines behavior that is deemed guilty or innocent. While it’s far from a perfect system, it is better than if people on the street took matters into their own hands to decide who is or isn’t fit for society. I think making generalizations only feeds into the divide. It does nothing to solve the problem. If you look for the negative traits in people and then make assumptions that’s your lens with which to view life. I’d much rather look for the good in people and bring that energy into the world.
