Jeffrey, engaging with Antoun is pointless, aside from permitting him to reveal his dull agenda. He scours Medium stories searching for Jewish writers and then tries to discredit anything they write and in this case, brings up European Jews (his obsession) even though you didn't mention the word "Jew" once. He has yet to provide a single reference for any of his claims--citing his need to remain anonymous (because he's so well-known and the powers that be are after him). Oh, and he likes to throw in that he has many "Jewish friends" for good measure. He's just a sad lonely man with not much else to do than troll.
