I wasn't replying to the author. I loved the article itself. I was replying to someone who read the article who wrote:

Hamas is a civilian organisation.

"Civilian facilities" are the only "facilities" in the occupied territory.

Your arguments are the same as those used by the Nazis for their reprisals in response to resistance actions.
