I encourage you to explore it more. Our thoughts are very powerful — they can create and also eliminate tension. With that being said, it takes a lot of mindfulness and dedication to recognize thinking habits. Try not to be hard on yourself in this process. Just think that every time you are able to recognize an unhelpful thought you are one step closer to where you’d like to be.
