Hi Niranjan, that is a clever idea! However it's important to keep in mind that many people might not know how to get back into good alignment. For example, a lot of people think "sitting up straight" is the same as good posture. However, by attempting to sit up straight they end up arching their backs to look like a soldier, and that adds strain to the spine. So before we think about what "to do" it's often helpful to think about what not to do:)
